    Got training here over the phone one day, the who process was a nightmare. Could hardly hear them and dealing with the staff was a headache to try to fix connection issues. The content covered in the class isn't very good. I didn't feel I really learned anything from the whole ordeal.

    what a joke, you would be stupid to use this service......
