I purchased two pairs of running shoes in April 2016 and when I put on the one pair there was a problem with the stitching on the padding on the right heel so after an hour of wearing there was discomfort. I have a very busy schedule and did not return until May without my original invoice but Lidia was greatly helpful to find my sales slip and assisted me with my problem. I left with a new pair and was very satisfied with Lidia and the my whole experience with the service I received so I will be returning for my next new shoe purchase.
